- IMS (Inventory Management System): With its wide range of reporting capabilities, Inventory Management is made easy for IT departments
- PTS (Problem Tracking System): Any IT assistant needs or technical problems are sent to IT department by the users with our web-based application, problems are automatically re-directed to the responsible IT staff and the staff is alarmed by an e-mail. All IT based problems are stored in a database and later solutions for similar problems may be searched.
- FTS (Fault Tracking System): Any faulty hardware may be tracked with the software. With its wide range of reports fixing periods and costs for hardware may be listed.
- CMS (Contract Management System): Support contracts, warranty end periods for any hardware or software poduct may be tracked with the software
Requirements
Clients should have a browser and a server computer with ms sql server installed should be ready.
